Amzchef sent me a double induction cooktop for a product review. I really discovered induction after trying one of their products (post here) and love it because it allows you to control the temperature, similar to what you would experience with a gas stove. This double induction cooktop is portable, with dual burners that are paired with a cast iron griddle that can be used as an indoor grill, perfect to cook vegetables, meats, eggs or pancakes. Small (9.1"D x 18"W x 4.3"H), it is perfect for a small kitchen or a trailer, or anywhere on the go. Easy to use, you just need to get used to the display, that is quite similar anyway to lots of stoves (mine says high-9, down to medium-6 and low-1). When cooking on the two burners, know that you cannot go above 1800W, so, by bringing the temperature up on one side, it will go down on the other side. To use the griddle, you simply put it on top of the burners and set the appliance to the correct mode. The cast iron griddle is non-stick and goes into the dishwasher, making it the perfect appliance for your kitchen!
